Watching Baketball

I love the Utah Jazz and I watch as many games as I can. Of course in the process of watching all these games my poor wife is left to fend for herself because I get so zoned into the game. To make my Jazz watching a little more family friendly, I am making my little girl Abi a fan of the Jazz as well.
She loves the Jazz so much that she will get in my chair, grab the remote before I even have a chance to turn the game on.



This is us watching the Jazz beat the Spurs.


It is going to be a good season from here on out. Now all I have to do is try to get my wife to like watching basketball and I am set.

Lost season 4 starts in 7 days!!!!

I love Lost and I can not wait for it start. For those of you who live under a rock and have not seen the show, you need to. I have given Lost the Stewy stamp of approval. Watch it!

I still got game!!

I got the urge to play some basketball last week, so I gathered up some of my friends and I put a game together. It is important to state here that I have not played for 6 months or so. I have not even worked out or done very much of anything physical in the past 6 months either. I was afraid that my shot would be off or I would not be able jump like I used to. As we started to play, my game quickly returned to me.
Lucky for all of you I set up my camera on a timer and captured some sweet photos of us playing.

I was able to snap a photo of me dunking over my buddy Brian, and NO THESE PHOTOS ARE NOT PHOTOSHOPPED!!!!

While we were playing, there were some people from work that showed up as well as some family and friends.

I was so amazed that my camera was able to capture such clear looking pictures.
I had to change my clothes because some crazy fans (aka hot chics) ripped my uniform.


I ended our morning with a monster dunk. Again I had to change my uniform.


So it turned out to be a good morning and I quickly realized that my game is still as strong as ever.
There is also a open invitation to come and play. Wednesday mornings at 6:30.

Some love for the Packers

I have to give some love for the Green Bay packers. They put a whoopin on the Seahawks in the frozen tundra.


They also now have home field advantage against the NY Giants this weekend. The Pack is looking good.


Favre has 3 TD passes while Grant stomped for 201 yards. The defense was physical and the corners Harris and Woodson played some shutdown D GO PACK!!!!

Scotch Bonnet- The Pepper from HELL!!!

SCOTCH BONNET PEPPERS ARE CREATED BY SATAN!!!!!!


A few years back I did one of the stupidest things that I have ever done in my life. I ate a Scotch Bonnet pepper.


If you have never heard of this evil pepper here is some info that I found on it. Remember, I ate one whole. I have highlighted some text that I found interesting.

The Scotch Bonnet (Capsicum chinense Jacq.) is a variety of chili pepper similar to and of the same species as the habanero. A cultivar of the habanero, it is one of the hottest peppers in the world. Found mainly in the Caribbean islands, it is named for its resemblance to a Scotsman's bonnet. Most Scotch Bonnets have a heat rating of 150,000–325,000 Scoville Units.

These peppers are used to flavor many different dishes and cuisines worldwide. Scotch Bonnet has a flavour distinct from its Habanero cousin. This gives Jerk dishes (pork/chicken) and other Caribbean dishes their unique flavour. Scotch Bonnets are especially used in Caymanian and Jamaican cooking, though they often show up in other Caribbean recipes. Eaten raw, these peppers are also known to cause dizziness, numbness of hands and cheeks, and severe heartburn.

Fresh ripe Scotch Bonnets or Habaneros change from green to colors ranging from pumpkin orange to scarlet red. Ripe peppers are prepared for cooking by cutting out the seeds inside the fruit which can be saved for cultivation and other culinary uses.

Scotch Bonnets look almost identical to a similar pepper called the "seasoning pepper", often eaten whole and raw, but this species has much less spice, and is used for its flavour, not heat. Eating whole, raw scotch bonnet peppers is not advised for those unaccustomed to eating very spicy food.

Here are some pictures of this horrible experience. I was sick for 3 days. I threw up multiple times. I had heart burn and a stomach ache for a week. My lips were bright red and I could not eat spicy food for months. There are some other symptoms that I had but I wont get into them.

Do not eat one of these raw!!!!

My Time In England

I found some old pictures in the garage a few weeks ago and I wanted to share them with you all.
They are pictures of me and my 2 years in jolly old England. Enjoy. I will do my best to give you a little info on each one of the pictures.

This is where "The Stewside" got started. Elder Miller in the middle gave me that nickname and there you have it.

I was always telling everyone That I was better then them.


These were my homies from Zimbabwe. They were always out in front of there home listening to 50 Cent, In Da Club, over and over again. Every time we went over they were listening to it.

This is Anwick Castle. They filmed a lot of the Harry Potter movies here. This is one of the coolest places that I have ever been.

Me and my buddy acting like idiots in front of our house in Bradford. I think we were trying to be gargoyles. Notice our sweet rides, Vauxhal Corsas, smaller then a Geo Metro.

I thought that this was really funny. Not that I support the Smoking of bush or anything....

Me and John. He never would tell us his last name. I lived in Melthem for 4 months and he never would tell me what it was it drove me crazy.

I don't remember his name he just had really cool hair.

I love the show about nothing

I love Christmas for the atmosphere, time off work and of course the killer presents that I get. I was given some great presents. One of those presents was season 9 of Seinfeld. My collection is now complete.


I thought that I would share a couple of my favorite clips from the show.

George is my favorite character. He knows he is a born loser but he he makes it look so funny.
I love when he pretends that he is handicap to get his own bathroom.

I love this show and all the characters. There are so many funny clips that I don't have enough time to get them all on here.

The show was very popular and that meant a lot of money for Jerry. I pulled this from Forbes magazine.

Seinfeld still generates more revenue than most current shows, through syndication. He reportedly turned down $5 million per episode, for 22 episodes, to continue the show beyond its final season.^[12] In 2006, he earned $60 million from syndication deals and stand-up appearances.

I wish that Jerry would have taken the 5 million a show for a final year. I would love to see another 22 episodes.

Now that I have all 9 seasons my life feels a little more complete. I now have all 180 episodes that I can watch when I want. It was a good Christmas.

Christmas Vacation

I love Christmas and
one of my favorite movies is National Lampoons Christmas Vacation starring Chevy Chase.



(If you have not seen this movie then you need to drop everything that you are doing and go watch it)

While watching this movie on Sunday night, their was a comment made about how funny the name Chevy was. So I started to find some info using my trusty Blackberry. I found this info quite interesting.
-Chevy Chases real name is Cornelius Crane Chase
-Chevy was part of the SNL cast for only 1 1/2 years, due to constant fighting with the cast, namely John Belushi and Lorne Michaels.

-He got into a fist fight with Bill Murray backstage during a taping of SNL. He made a comment about Bill Murray's face looking like craters on the moon.
-Christmas Vacation was #1 at the box office and grossed over 71 million dollars.
-The movie also made over 34 million in rental profits

One of the greatest characters in all of movie history is Cousin Eddie. If any one out there happens to know where I can find a hat like this please let me know.
